This Code of Ethics reflects our core principles and the standards that govern our work.

We conduct all investigative activities in full compliance with Canadian law, including privacy legislation, and never engage in unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized practices.

2. Integrity & Objectivity

We pursue facts, not narratives. Our work is impartial, evidence-driven, and free from personal bias, undue influence, or conflicts of interest.

3. Confidentiality

We safeguard all information entrusted to us. Personal, corporate, and investigative data are handled with strict confidentiality and professional care.

4. Respect & Professional Conduct

We treat clients, subjects, sources, and third parties with professionalism and human dignity. We reject harassment, intimidation, exploitation, or malicious targeting.

5. Protection of Minors

We do not conduct investigations involving minors except under lawful authority, such as a court order or direction from legal counsel.

6. Responsible Use of OSINT & Technology

We collect and verify information from lawful sources only, using methods that respect privacy rights and digital ethics.

7. Transparency with Clients

We communicate truthfully about scope, limitations, methodologies, and findings. We do not guarantee outcomes, and we do not misrepresent capabilities or results.

8. Duty of Care

We take reasonable steps to protect our clients from harm, risk, or unintended consequences of investigative actions.

9. Proper Use of Findings

We provide findings solely for legitimate purposes. Our work must not be used for harassment, unlawful retaliation, discrimination, or personal vendettas.

10. Professional Accountability

We accept responsibility for our work and continuously strive to uphold the highest standards of professional investigation and ethical conduct.
