Tracepoint Intelligence engagements are scoped based on complexity, evidentiary volume, urgency, and legal sensitivity, and generally fall within one of two categories:
Digital Evidence Review & OSINT Analysis
Targeted analytical support for workplace investigations involving digital communications, online activity, or social media evidence.
Examples may include (but are not limited to):
• review of message exports (Teams, Slack, text)
• analysis of social media or online interactions
• digital evidence organization and chronology
• authenticity or context review of screenshots and online content
Typical engagements:
$1,500 – $5,000 depending on scope.
Independent Workplace Investigations
End-to-end investigation services including planning, digital evidence review, analysis, timeline verification, and written findings.
Typical engagements:
$3,500 – $12,000+ depending on complexity.
Engagement scope and fees are confirmed prior to commencement. A discovery call may be recommended where matters are complex or unclear.
Discovery fees are credited toward engagement when retained.
Minimum engagement levels apply.

This secure intake form is used to initiate independent governance, misconduct, and digital investigations engagements with Tracepoint Intelligence.
Submissions are reviewed for conflict screening and preliminary triage prior to confirmation of engagement. Following review, Tracepoint Intelligence will confirm scope, and applicable fee range prior to engagement.
For urgent matters requiring immediate evidence preservation or risk stabilization, submissions are prioritized and may be acted upon in parallel with formal engagement processes.
Submission of this form does not create a client relationship. Formal engagement terms are required prior to commencement of services.
All submissions are treated as confidential and handled with discretion.
